The user-friendly interface enables a clear view of all individual Lotus Notes calendars in a bar chart in one screen, where one bar represents a reservation or a meeting. The Java-based user interface allows to view all details of your reservation: the "mouse-over function" provides a small extra window with detail information.

The properties of each calendar entry can be changed simply by drag&drop, i.e. you can move a reservation from one resource to the other, or you can change its start time or duration within seconds without striking any key.
